I bet most of you are wondering what the word piseog is and it is pretty tricky to look up. I first encountered it in one of my favorite books, “The Once and Future King” by T.H. White. If you’ve ever watched “The Sword in the Stone” animated movie, you’ve seen the book’s first quarter. It’s a wonderful and tragic telling of the story of King Arthur. I highly recommend it.

A client told me that they had recently tasked one of their subordinates to help someone else in the group. They were a little concerned with my uncharacteristic silence. After they asked why I was quiet, we talked about some of my concerns and what was going on. This situation comes up somewhat regularly, so I will walk through my mental breakdown of how to handle situations like this.

On Friday September 15th, I attended the first Agile Coaching Summit. I already told my wife, co-workers, and friends
how exhausted I would be from that weekend. Many thought my exhaustion would stem from staying out late and doing lots
of activities. I was exhausted because I am an introvert.
